DGH operates a dedicated blast and paint facility at our Mackay workshop, purpose-built to deliver efficient and environmentally responsible results. We work to customer-supplied specifications as well as strict national and international standards, ensuring every project is completed to the highest level of quality.
Our team provides comprehensive surface preparation through abrasive blasting, including mobile sandblasting services when required. We can prepare a wide variety of machinery, steel structures, and industrial surfaces to achieve the right profile for coatings. Careful surface preparation ensures long-lasting protection against corrosion and wear.
Once surfaces are prepared, we apply protective coatings using a diverse range of industrial spray painting methods. From high-durability protective coatings to specialist spray painting services, we deliver finishes that improve asset lifespan and performance. Our approach balances durability, functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Our blast and paint facilities include a fully enclosed blast chamber equipped with the latest environmentally approved technology, enabling two operators to work at any time. This is supported by three dedicated paint chambers that allow us to complete multiple jobs simultaneously with efficiency and precision. With an 800-square-metre undercover work area, we offer an all-weather facility so industrial painting projects can be completed without weather-related delays.
DGH provides expert industrial tiling services designed for demanding environments such as Coal CHPP, ports, and chemical plants. Our experienced tilers install premium quality porcelain and ceramic tiles that stand up to heavy loads, moisture, chemicals, and the movement of heavy machinery.
Each installation uses a heat-resistant, high-tension adhesive that ensures durability in high-temperature or high-stress conditions. Tiles can also be pre-engineered to specific shapes and contours, allowing us to line non-flat and cylindrical surfaces such as cyclones, chutes, and centrifuges with precision.
Whether delivered in our workshop or on site, our industrial tiling solutions combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. From floors in industrial spaces to protective linings in equipment, we tailor our services to meet client requirements, offering cost-effective results backed by a proven track record for quality. We work with a wide range of industrial tiling products to deliver high quality tiling solutions for demanding environments.
DGH offers professional polyurethane spraying services, delivered both on-site and at our workshop using modern, high-tech application equipment. This flexibility allows us to meet the needs of diverse projects across many industries.
Our experienced applicators can apply durable poly coatings between 3mm and 20mm thick. These linings are suited to protecting assets such as flotation cells, tanks, shaker screens, spirals, agitator blades, under pans, pontoons and sumps. Poly spraying provides an effective barrier against abrasion, moisture and chemical wear, extending the service life of critical equipment.
Quality control is built into every stage of our blast, paint, tiling and poly spraying services. All work is recorded and measured against strict specifications to ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality results – first time, every time.
Blast and paint is the process of preparing a surface through abrasive blasting, then applying protective coatings or spray painting to guard against corrosion, wear and environmental exposure. It is widely used on steel, machinery and concrete structures in industrial environments.
Without proper preparation, coatings and paints will not adhere correctly or last as long. Abrasive blasting, like sandblasting, removes rust, scale, and contaminants, creating the ideal profile for protective coatings and powder coating to bond effectively for heavy-duty application.
DGH applies a wide range of coatings, including industrial spray painting, powder coating and specialist protective finishes. These coatings are tailored to resist abrasion, moisture, and chemical exposure, depending on the client’s requirements.
Industrial tiling is an excellent choice for high-wear industrial areas such as factories, warehouses, commercial kitchens and chemical plants. It is also effective for lining equipment subject to abrasion or chemical contact, like cyclones, chutes and centrifuges.
We install high quality ceramic and porcelain tiles with heat-resistant adhesives. Tiles can also be pre-engineered to fit cylindrical or non-flat surfaces, allowing for precise installation in complex industrial settings.
Polyurethane spraying creates a seamless, flexible lining between 3mm and 20mm thick. It provides an extra layer of defence against abrasion, moisture and chemical attack, extending the service life of tanks, flotation cells, shaker screens, agitator blades, pontoons and sumps.
Yes. Our team can carry out blast and paint, tiling and poly spraying either in our fully equipped workshops or on your site, depending on the project needs. This flexibility ensures minimal disruption to operations.
All blast, paint, tiling and poly spraying work is completed to strict customer specifications as well as national and international standards. Quality control processes are recorded and monitored throughout every job, ensuring consistent results that meet demanding industrial requirements.
